Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website and App traffic, andgenerate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to effectively reach our target audience through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with businessgoals.
- Identify target audiences and create segmented marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising).
- Manage and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined KPIs.

3. Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Oversee the development of high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.

4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, brandwatch or other relevant software.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance marketing initiatives.

Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Education: First Degree
Requirements
  • Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. - Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools). - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
