The individual will manage the websites for daily updates, drive digital ad campaigns, and coordinate with graphic designers to ensure all visuals meet high-quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management and Content Updates: Regularly update and manage the company's website to ensure it is visually appealing, informative, and SEO-optimized.
Social Media Management: Oversee and update all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create, schedule, and boost advertisements to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Creation and Coordination: Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-resolution visuals and engaging graphics for social media and the website.
Digital Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital ad campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
Lead Generation and Sales Conversion: Utilize digital channels to attract new clients, convert leads into customers, and meet monthly sales targets.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic. Use insights to improve strategies and achieve KPIs.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and apply innovative approaches to keep the company ahead of competitors.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients and potential clients online, respond to inquiries, and handle feedback to strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industries is preferred.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer).
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with graphic design collaboration and high-resolution image requirements.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with a global travel audience.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust strategies to meet campaign goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling captions, ads, and blog content.
