JOB PURPOSE
The successful applicant shall be responsible for designing a comprehensive communication strategy, including tools for awareness, visibility, behaviour change, and evaluation.
ROLE SPECIFIC
  • Conducts stakeholder mapping and desk review exercises to ensure comprehensive stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
  • Develops detailed evidence – based dissemination and communication strategy tailored to the needs of different stakeholders including behaviour change mechanisms.
  • Creates communication tools and products, such as brochures, infographics, social media content, and presentations.
  • Provides training and capacity – building sessions for relevant personnel on the use of tools and strategies.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the dissemination and communication efforts.


    • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

    Requirements
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public health, health financing, international development, health policy and planning or equivalent.
    • Strong understanding of public health or development sector structures and engagement procedures.
    • Good understanding and experience with implementing behaviour change strategies.
    • Experience in capacity building and training.
    • PERSON SPECIFIC
    • Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written, including branding and marketing.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
    • Analytical Skills and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management.
    • Professional and team-oriented
