JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization. He/she shall oversee the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of new staff as well as consult with top executives on strategic planning. The role reports to the Human Resources Director.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Recommend new policies, approaches and procedures.
Advise management on Human resource issues.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Conduct performance management and review process.
Manage succession planning of staff.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
People Management skills.
High Integrity and Strategic Thinker.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- HR Minimum of five (5) years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Member of an HR institution is preferred.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws of Ghana.
- Knowledge of HR systems, strategies, procedures and policies.
