We are a leading real estate development company specializing in both commercial residential projects across Ghana. Our latest venture involves the construction of a modern, luxury gated community in the central region. 


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the project from inception to completion. Job SummaryThe Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and comprehensive knowledge of construction management principles. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Team Supervision and Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team of subcontractors, construction workers, and site engineers.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication among all parties.
  • Quality Control and Safety:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any safety or quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and reporting financial performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Client and Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
