The ability to inspire and motivate others is essential, as the Area Sales Manager will mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets. This role requires proficiency in various skills, including communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Objectives of This Role
Increase business opportunities by implementing effective sales strategies.
Establish and cultivate a customer base, keeping in mind the primary responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager.
Prepare sales plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
Build brand awareness specific to a geographic area as a Sales Field Manager.
Review, refine, and update sales policies and strategies in response to changing circumstances, considering the scope of the company.
Meet and exceed the return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPI) through effective sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the sales team and senior Area Sales Managers.
Guide a team of sales representatives to meet the company’s sales targets.
Provide appropriate training to the sales team by acting as a Training Sales Manager.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing any customer inquiries.
Utilize various communication channels to effectively reach the target audience.
Monitor the performance of area sales representatives and adjust sales strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

- Proven experience working as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar field sales management role.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
