Abt. Global Inc., a US-based company, is implementing USAID–funded President’s Malaria Initiative Evolve project. The project supports the implementation of malaria vector control strategies such as bednet distribution and indoor residual spraying (IRS). In Ghana, Abt has been implementing IRS in the northern areas since 2011 and is currently preparing for the 2024 IRS campaign under the PMI Evolve Project, Ghana.

Successful candidates are REQUIRED to be based in the assigned operations site/ sub-districts. No lodging support is provided. Qualified candidates residing in the selected sub-districts above will have an advantage. Successful candidates will be contracted for up to 2 months and report to the Indoor Residual Spray (IRS) Coordinator.
Note: People who are already under Government payroll or engaged by other organizations are strongly discouraged from applying.
Prior to engagement, selected candidates will go through training to get oriented to the job tasks and responsibilities. Site managers and field supervisors will be under the supervision of IRS Coordinators.

Education Required: Diploma
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field
- Ability to manage groups of people and/or tasks under pressure with little or no supervision
- Ability to conduct supervision and provide appropriate feedback
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to speak and understand a local language of northern Ghana is an advantage
- MUST have a valid motorcycle driver’s license
- MUST have a valid health insurance policy
- MUST be able to use a mobile phone to perform basic functions such as sending SMS
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide support with operating digital devices will be an added advantage.
