Identify potential clients, including property developers, property owners, government agencies, and corporate entities with construction project needs.
Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on securing client construction projects, increasing the company’s market share, and maximizing revenue growth.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and client needs in the real estate and construction sectors
Work closely with the internal team to develop compelling proposals and bids for all client construction projects.
Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and tenders for new projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and the company’s service offerings.
Define and review project goals and constraints
Negotiate contract terms with clients to secure profitable business for the company.
Preparation and review of contract documents
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, client satisfaction, and timely completion of projects.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client meetings, project proposals, contracts, and sales figures.
Seek new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing market intelligence.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field.
