A leading HR and outsourcing company in Ghana is seeking to employ an experience person for the position of an Area Manager/Cluster Lead
Purpose of the position:To supervise and oversee all operations of Outsourcing Business Partners (OBPs) within an assigned area or cluster. This role ensures smooth operations across sites, focusing on team management, operational efficiency, client relationships, and business growth.Responsibilities1. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of success and growth.2. Ensure OBPs’ compliance with company standards and procedures within the cluster 3. Oversee labor contracts, including timely reviews, renewals, and wage adjustments.4. Maintain strong relationships with clients and gather feedback regularly.5. Conduct regular site visits and perform PDF audits, ensuring proper filing and compliance of outsourced employees’ documents.6. Ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly reports on the Area/Cluster's activities, collate data, and report to the team lead.7. Identify and recommend training needs for team members to ensure skill development and smooth operations on all sites.8. Lead team efforts in marketing services to existing and potential clients as part of the overall business growth strategy.9. Ensure invoices are submitted promptly, follow-ups are made, and payments for services are received on time10. Oversee weekly personnel shift planning and briefings conducted by the OBPs for all site11. Develop a system for maintaining stock records and monitor the efficient management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the OBPs.12. Promote a positive company culture that encourages top performance, collaboration, and high morale among team members.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- Minimum Second-Class Upper Honors Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least five (5) years of experience as Manager/Supervisor.
- Candidate must reside in Accra.
- Valid driving license (Minimum Class B).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively engage with employees and management at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with a willingness to work extended hours when required.
