Job offer: Sales Executive - Non FMCG (Attractive Salary + Commission)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotion.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Non FMCG
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
