Human Resource Business Partner (Accra)Job Presentation
Our client a leading multinational manufacturing company in Ghana is seeking to employ the service of an experience Human Resource expert with over 7 years experience in labour and union relations management and a working experience in the FMCGs industry for their operations in Accra.
Candidate will be made to perform the duties as below:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support key business objectives.
2. Act as a strategic advisor on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling complex workplace issues with empathy, discretion, and compliance with labor laws.
4. Conduct investigations, mediate disputes, and guide managers and employees in conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
5. Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.
6. Forecast staffing needs and collaborate with leaders on succession planning and talent pipeline development.
7. Lead organizational change initiatives by providing tools, support, and training for employees to adapt to change.
8. Help develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture
9. Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure that salaries and benefits are competitive and aligned with company policies.
10. Advise managers and employees on pay, benefits, and recognition programs to support employee motivation and retention.
11. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Educate managers and employees on HR policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and best practices.
12. Assist in creating, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
13. Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and performance data.
14. Use data insights to inform HR strategies and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
15. Partner with leaders to build a strong organizational culture, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and employee involvement.
16. Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale, promoting a workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and high performance.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- 1.A minimum of first degree in Human Resources or relevant certification is preferred.2.Seven (7) years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and working experience in FMCGs industry. 3.Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.4.Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.5.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions.6.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.7.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.8.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.9.Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.10.Ability to think beyond immediate tasks to align HR initiatives with long-term business goals.11.Ability to handle change and adapt to evolving business needs with agility and positivity.12.Capable of influencing and negotiating effectively with all stakeholders, driving positive outcomes.13.Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality in all HR activities and decision
