F&B SUPERVISOR NEEDED AT SHORNAA ISLAND
As the food & beverage supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our F&B outlets, supervise staff, and ensure quality control across all food services. You will be responsible for everything from inventory management and menu development to maintaining health and safety standards. Working closely with the park’s management team, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience that complements the overall park experience and ensure our offerings meet park standards and that guests have a consistently enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring a high standard of service, quality, and efficiency.
Supervise day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including staffing, service standards, and quality control.
Train, motivate, and support F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
Manage inventory, procurement and vendor relationship to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Address guest feedback or complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and improved service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all F&B areas.
Work with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus, seasonal specials, and pricing strategies that appeal to diverse guests.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote F&B offerings, special events, and seasonal promotions
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and budgets, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in food and beverage supervision, preferably within a high-volume or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training and motivating staff.
Proven experience in budgeting, cost management, and inventory control.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by park operations.
