EVENTS COORDINATOR NEEDED AT SHORNAA ISLAND
As the Events Coordinator, you will manage the planning and execution of various events, including seasonal festivals, special celebrations, corporate functions, and private parties. Working closely with our marketing and operations teams, you will create memorable experiences for park guests, coordinate logistics, and ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring they align with the park’s brand and objectives.
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site setup.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email, and in-park signage.
Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and ensuring all team members are well-prepared.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and guests for private events and corporate functions.
Oversee health and safety compliance for events, ensuring all activities are safe and meet regulatory standards.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a leisure, entertainment, or hospitality setting.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creativity and enthusiasm, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support event schedules.
