Our client a leading tile manufacturing company in Ghana is emplying three (3) qualified and experience Safety Supervisors with a minimum of three (3) years experience for their business operations at Takoradi.
Candidate must be able to undertake the following:
1.Policy Development: Formulate and improve safety management systems and operational procedures based on laws, regulations, and company requirements.2.Safety Training: Organize safety training and drills to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.3.Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments, identifying and rectifying safety hazards in a timely manner.4.Accident Handling: Investigate and analyze safety incidents, develop corrective measures, and prevent recurrence.5.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze safety-related data, provide safety management reports, and suggest improvements.6.Equipment Management: Supervise and manage the use and maintenance of safety equipment, ensuring proper operation.7.Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on and comply with national and local safety regulations to ensure company operations are compliant.8.Communication and Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with various departments to promote safety culture and enhance safe production practices.
Salary Range : Between GHS 5,000.00 - 8,000.00
Plus Accommodation and one meal daily

Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Education: Masters Degree
