A dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency focused on helping brands grow through customized online strategies is seeking to employ a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Account Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the relationships with our clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns run smoothly, meet their objectives, and exceed their expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships while driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) that meet the client’s objectives.
Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, providing regular updates and insights.
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, identify challenges, and suggest solutions to improve performance.
Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions promptly.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by upselling additional services.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a digital marketing agency. 3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools is an advantage. 8.
