Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for variousmanufacturing and operational roles.o Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source potentialcandidates.o Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through ongoing marketresearch and recruitment events.2. Screening and Interviewing:o Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications,experience, and cultural fit.o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.o Administer and assess technical and aptitude tests where necessary.3. Stakeholder Management:o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements anddevelop tailored recruitment plans.o Provide regular updates to department heads on recruitment status and progress.o Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smoothrecruitment experience.4. Compliance and Documentation:o Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policiesduring the recruitment process.o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including job postings,interview notes, and feedback.o Draft and send job offers, contracts, and other necessary documentation.5. Employer Branding:o Promote the company’s employer brand through social media
Work Environment
 The Recruitment Specialist will primarily work in an office setting but may need to visitthe manufacturing floor to better understand job requirements or participate inrecruitment events. Occasional travel may be required to attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, orindustry-specific events.

Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Education: First Degree
