Job Presentation
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering orders to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and present menus.
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ensure tables are serviced promptly.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and effective manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Education: High School/Senior Secondary School
