Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Education or a relevant field from a recognized institution
Must have in-depth knowledge of montessori teaching methods and also headed a school before.
Must be a female
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must have 3 or more years experience being a headteacher
Must be creative and innovative.
Must be able to take initiative, anticipate problems and find solutions.
Must be ready and willing to be trained.
Must have very good computer and organisational skills.
Must live around Taifa and its environs
