1. Candidate must have a minimum of Diploma or Degree in Education
2. Must have a good knowledge in GES Curriculum
3. Must have 3 or more years experience teaching english for either Lower or Upper Primary
4. Must have handled primary before
5. Must be very good in literacy and curriculum structure.
6. Must have great love for children
