Reviews of DHL Ghana Ltd. (Head Office) - Accra

I was notified of a parcel shipment from the USA on 19 May 2017. I kept tracking it from that day. The parcel duly arrived in Accra at 5.59 pm on Monday 22 May 2017. I was expecting a call at least by mid day 23 May 2017 but no call came. I was in town in the afternoon of the same day so I decided to pass by the DHL Main Office. I was told that my parcel had been sent to the Tema office and that they would call me. I waited for a call but no call came. On Wednesday 24 May 2017 I called the DHL Main Office at 10:20 am to enquire about my parcel and why the long delay. I was told the parcel was with Courier and they would get the courier to call me immediately. I have been waiting since. It is now 10:55 am. I wonder what must be happening to my parcel. It too less than 72 hours for the parcel to travel from the USA to Ghana but it has taken more than 24 hours for the parcel to be delivered in Accra and still counting. Wow!

I sent a parcel four days ago which consist of a document and a stamp in dubai buh he still didnt recieve it whats going on and your contact arent working too

A first for me in several decades- call an office in Ghana and get an immediate response from someone able to give me precise and correct information re my enquiry Well done, and keep it up.
