I need money to pay my fees n I requested a partial withdrawal still the money is not in. The date for registration has passed still there is no check. I went to Kumasi but to no avail. I did it a month ago. The lady at Kumasi said three weeks but still no money. I need 1500 cedis.

How long will it take your company stop undue deductions from my salary? My policy with your company ended as far back as October 2014, I surrendered my policy document and I've been paid, yet since then you keep deducting my money from source despite several calls and follow ups to your office to get the deductions stopped. Do you know these deductions you are still doing is illegal? For now I think I can only get help from the law courts
