The Universal Access Fund Agency for Electronic Communications of the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation (MoCD) of the Republic of Ghana, mandated to facilitate the provision of Telephony and related ICTs to Underserved and Unserved Communities.

Our Mission is to facilitate the provision of Electronic Communications to all persons, through the use of ICTs, for socioeconomic development.

Some key Interventions include our Rural Telephony Programme, especially the flagship Ghana Rural Telephony and Digital Inclusion Project, our ICT Capacity Building & Skills Development Programme, especially the delivery of the ITU & NORAD sponsored Digital Transformation Centres (DTC) Project and facilitation of the MoCD's Girls in ICT Programme and our Cyberlabs Programme, especially the Community ICT Centres Infrastructural Investments
