• Preparation and filing of monthly Withholding tax liabilities with the Ghana Revenue Authority (G.R.A)
• Advise on payment of monthly Pay As You Earn (P.A.Y.E) taxes and S.S.N.I.T
• Review responses to tax queries raised by the G.R.A on tax returns filed and liaise and negotiate on
your behalf.
• Filing of all statutory forms required, including but not limited to changes in directorship,
secretary, registered office, etc.
