The GHAJAD shall for the purposes of administer effective administration maintain its Headquarters in Kumasi, Ashanti region of Ghana.

The Ghana Journalists Association for Development at all levels may affiliate to any movement outside its jurisdiction but approval of the council of the respective court of GHAJAD.

GHAJAD is affiliated to the Ghana Journalist Association(GJA), Oxford Institute of Business and Journalism(OIBJ),Ghana Institute of Journalism(GIJ) and the official accredited institutions offering media studies.
