contacting impressions gifts & hampers has been a very wonderful experience. a friend recommended you to me and after reading the review that was posted by the other lady, i was skeptical. i gave it a shot regardless because i realise some people can be spiteful so i paid no heed to the review and went ahead to place my order. i must say that my gift hampers were delivered as ordered with a special touch. you guys made my recipients so happy and i just want to say big ups. I give you the chance and you didn't disappoint.

First of all, I ordered a hamper gift for my fiancé, I gave them all the idea type of gift to put in bcz she kept saying it will be custom made, i paid my half in time and these people had the nerve to get my order wrong and then it was delivered late than we had discussed, then when my fiancé received it and him sending me pics I’m like this is not what I asked.. she immediately sends my number to a diff person “fiancé” and we texting and telling him this is not what we had agreed on and he goes ahead and say what I had ordered was meant for the anniversary but his suggestion is better and then I asked this man, do you do what the customer wants or what you want.. then he asks me what he can do to make it right I tell him send another basket of fruits, his like let me hit up my fiancé and we discuss this and I’m let you know but we have to spend on this redoing together, I’m like why should I, bcz ya didn’t even follow my instructions and went ahead and did you own shit that I didn’t like. I spent $80 on some fucked ugly shit bro, and I never heard anything back from these people, if you really want something special and want it some type of way don’t deal with these people.

Got some hampers from u guys and I must say I was very impressed. The prices r just right and the hampers r also of good quality. U guys saved me the stress. Thumbs up guys.
