Reliable and Quality Assured Products
This company was recommended by a friend last year and i have had the best experience since then. Although shipping can be quit expensive but the final products i receive are worth it. I particularly like their shea butter, it is soft and does not have that smoky scent i have experienced with some shea butter. Their oils smell nutty and earthly like the real deal. Their staff are friendly and i always get a bar of soap as a gift, lol. Highly recommend them

Disgusting woman, unprofessional service.
My first order with this company was about a month ago or so. She sent me old expired oil and told me that it was fresh oil but that she changed the label to an old label that very morning. I had patience. I didn't give up.
I let my husband make a new order this week. The tone of which she dealt with my Ghanaian husband was alot more firm and brisk, no politeness at all like that of which was extended to me, a foreigner from UK. She didn't even inform him when the order would arrive or shipment details. He had to ask for it both times, as opposed to giving this information to me freely and promptly. I dislike Ghana people who treat foreign people like royalty and their own people roughly. It is unbecoming to say the least.
So the order arrived this morning, after much chagrin we was able to meet a guy at Accra Mall to collect it. It was sent in a single plastic bag, holes all over, in these covid times is it fair to package goods to be exposed? All the way from Bolgatanga?? Our telephone number was written incorrectly. If we did not call and chase up the order things would have been more difficult. I ordered several items, the dates were rubbed off of all the oils and the cocoa butter felt light. I weighed it on my scale. 940g in the black rubber it was sent in. 60g short of a kilo.
So I called her, I asked her why she sent us 940g instead of 1kg. She was very upset, she was not apologetic, she was not understanding. She was shouting over me and would not allow me to speak. She said she gets 100s of orders and mistakes happen then she hung up the phone on me.
If you decide to order from this company please check dates and weight of all items. She is a charlatan and a thief.

You came to our Instagram page and said you tried placing an order on our website and it did not work. We gave you an alternative payment method, we had an extensive chat with you because your issue persisted for a whole day, you finally paid for your items, received them, and had an issue with one of them. We explained to you what the challenge was and opted to give you a new product if you are still not comfortable, we did not get any response from you, so the assumption was that you were satisfied with the answers we gave you. Your husbands' order was a very simple transaction, he wanted a payment method for items he wanted to order. He reached out to us on WhatsApp, we gave him the number to pay through and then sent in his items. In sending his items the delivery company explicitly told us not to give the delivery details out on the day the items will be sent out, their concern is that customers call the drivers when they are in transit and it becomes a distraction since it is a 14hr journey in the night. We informed your husband that his items will arrive the next day.
I will not have responded to you if you had not made insinuations that we treated you better because you are an “expat” or because you are from the UK. At what time in the transaction we had with you did you tell us you were from the UK? Your order was written in plain text, how does one differentiate written Ghanaian English from “expat” English? You received your order before we even heard your voice, or we are to assume that anyone with an accent is from the UK?
If we sold expired oils to you like you claim why did you buy from us again? We are a proud Ghanaian-owned business fueled by the struggles of rural women in Northern Ghana, we wake up every day trying to find ways and means of positioning our business to better serve our clients and give an income to the women we work with. We do not give preferential treatment to any group of people based on the color of their skin, tone of their voice, the language they speak, or their gender and we take exception to that insinuation. We are a well-traveled group of women who do not go about throwing where we come from in a conversation that doesn’t even merit or warrant it.
What we do not accept here is disrespect of any kind clothed in “the customer is always right”. You were rude, arrogant, and outright disrespectful and if your claim that we treated you better than your husband was true then we should have worshiped you and apologized profusely to you because you are from the UK and apparently Ghanaian businesses treat you better! We agree that we fall short in a lot of ways and we do not pretend to know it all and so when complaints are made about any of the items, we sell we go out of our way to appease our customers. However, what we will not condone are people who come with pre-made assumptions about Ghanaian business and who go out of their way to try and belittle people. We do not tolerate bullies. We do not know where you come from, but it seems you need to state that for us to know, we do not know where your husband comes from, but it seems that is an important component in this transaction for you and for us that is very telling.
We appreciate the name-calling and the insults on all our platforms, it tells us a lot about who you are. Do have a lovely day
