EMATRONICZ GHANA LIMITED - Accra

We contacted this Emmatronicz Global Shipping Company to send my goods to Ghana. The weight of the goods was 35kg. They chargeded 65rmb/kg which in total was 2,275RMB. I paid the money to the company and sent the package goods to them. They also weighed and it was 35kg.
2 days later when we contacted them to check on how long it will take for it to get to Ghana, they then replied by saying the weight has increased from 35 - 85kg and so I would have to pay for the remaining 50kg. So I asked how come it happened so. They then came with the explanation that they had to use some international space calculation and things and so that has increased the weight of the goods. So I told them that we cannot pay for that and so if they will not send it at the amount they've already charged, they should return the goods to the one who sent it to them and refund the money to us because someone was ready also to send it at the same charge. We contacted them to ask the next day if they've returned it but the guy said they're now searching for the goods and so we should give them some time. We kept on asking and asking and then about 5days later, they replied by saying the goods are in Ghana ad therefore we would have to pay the difference before it can be delivered to me. So we told them we cannot pay that's the reason they were told not to send but they went ahead and sent it. And besides, we cannot pay GH3,600 for delivery for a good costing only about GH¢2,000. So from August 15 that the goods arrived in Ghana till now, I've not received my goods. They've decided not to send them to me until I pay the difference which I told them I won't pay because I can't get the money and the season has started already too and the market is dwindling every day.

About a month later, I sent them the remaining amount so they send my goods to me. They then told me the person in charge of their warehouse has traveled to Tamale and so unless he returns in a week time. I waited patiently for the week to elapse. I contacted them and they demanded again for my address. They told me they have given the goods to a car to send it to me in Kumasi. That was October 2019. Up to date, the goods have not reached Kumasi. Now when you call, no one picks the call. In December 2019, when I was able to get through to them, they said the one handling the goods has just given birth and therefore unless a month later before she can come out to send me the goods. The one month too elapsed, now when you call no one picks up.

I am writing this review to advise you not to deal with this so called shipping company. They are fraudsters and scammers. They will scam and defraud you.

Don’t use this agent. They’re fraud. I shipped my items in Dec 2018. ETA was 20th Feb, 2019 yet after 2 additional months 20th April 2019, I still don’t have my items. I’ve been told one lie after the other and now they are not even picking up my calls. If you’re serious with time, look for another agent. This agent isn’t serious at all. They’re a total waste of time and a fraud.

Its been almost 3 months now since you shipped my goods and i wasnt giving any tracking number or something, when i call to find out no one picks up. i wanna know when ill receive my goods
