I am a an International Sports Science Association certified Personal Trainer/ Fitness coach. I am currently with the University of Ghana Dports Directorate where I have worked for over two years.Aside the theoritical knowledge acquired I have enormous practical experience working with diverse clients from different backgrounds and culture. Client rapport, confidentiality,respect for client and information, commitment to mutually set realistic goals and objectives and ensuring work and results are achieved within time frames are my guideing ethics.
