BlueCrest College was conceived in 1999 as the front runner in IT Education and Training with the core objective of addressing the IT needs of Ghana. Today, the College has three Faculties– Faculty of Technology Faculty of Business and Faculty of Energy Management and a total of five (5) Departments.

BlueCrest College has become very popular among prospective applicants because of the diverse nature of programmes offered to students. With innovation always on top of the mind, BlueCrest College launches new and unique programmes for the benefit of the students. It has recently launched School of Fashion Design to provide Fashion Design programs to the student.

The Fashion Design programmes in BlueCrest College are formulated in such a way that they will equip the designer with a holistic knowledge and a well-balanced perspective of designing. The ultimate aim of the programmes is to create a responsible designer who will serve the country and society by innovation, education and research. The syllabus of all the programmes is project oriented so that they will not only benefit the students but also the local artisans and it has a social relevance. A unique feature of all the programmes is the continuous interaction of the students with society and environment through projects and providing training programmes to the needy.
