About Our Organization
TRAMO is the acronym for TRASH RECYCLING AND MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION. TRAMO is a professional sanitation conscious organization that drives a more aggressive sensitization on sophisticated waste management practices, provides well targeted public education and training on proper sanitation, waste management, reduction and re-use practices through public awareness campaigns on the degrading effects of environmental pollution by partnering with other experts and advocacy groups in Ghana and beyond.
TRAMO was created as a resource for like-minded organizations: to support, enhance, teach, share, encourage, develop, grow, sustain recycling and help beautify Ghana.

Mission
The mission of TRAMO is to embark on a concerted, well-targeted public awareness on proper sanitation.
To organise educational outreaches and advocate for a much effective government approach to waste management in Ghana by creating productive and appealing platforms aimed at discussing a possible reduction of waste production through reuse, sustain recycling and product stewardship.
Projects and Achievements
TRAMO has over the years organized several waste education outreach and sensitization projects on KNUST campus where 1500 waste bins were distributed to some of the halls in partnership with the Centre for Business development.
Similar Programmes were also organized with the United States Peace COPS where by representatives of 10 secondary Schools across all regions in Ghana were selected for the STAR projected that took place at the Independence Hall, KNUST-Kumasi.
With our passion for success and to see clean environment through the organization of waste education outreach Programmes, TRAMO emerged as the most innovative organization in the year 2012 during KNUST- Vice Chancellor’s Awards. Apart from this, the largest waste management Organization (ISWA & DWASTE) in the World Published our articles and research works on waste titled “Solid Waste Management in Ghana”. Despite the challenges we face as a new organization in executing our objectives, we are still able to make our voices heard.
Ownership
Mr. Williams Anarfi Sarpong is the founder and Chief executive officer of TRAMO GHANA, which specializes in waste management (Recycling), CircleLink Innovation, WASK consultancy and WASK health services. He was awarded the Innovator award 2013 KNUST Vice chancellor’s award. He also spearheaded the United States Peace Corps stars project in Kumasi. He attained an entrepreneurship award at the IPMATIC African Awards 2014.
He holds satisfactory certification in the school of Medical sciences from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. In addition to his credit, he has a Professional Certificate in Corporate and Strategic Management.
Mr. Anarfi has established himself as a business network personality, attracting various investors to Ghana and Africa at large. His networking capability has opened many opportunities to bring investors who are prepared and ready to invest in many sectors of our economy, Ghana.
