The company was incorporated as UT Clearing Ltd on 22 December, 2004 with a mandate to undertake Clearing and Warehousing business activities. A Certificate to commence business was duly obtained on 17 January, 2005. It also has three (4) further warehouses in the Tema Light Industrial area secured on medium-term leases.
