Eusbett Hotel Limited is a wholly-owned Ghanaian company incorporated 1998. The company commenced business in October 1998 under the Companies Code of Ghana, 1963 (Act 179). The hotel has fast established itself as one of the finest hotels in the country, receiving several awards in recognition of its performance in the hospitality industry.
The hotel is licensed by the Ghana Tourist Authority as a 3-star hotel. Currently, it is the only 3-Star rated hotel in the Brong Ahafo region. The hotel started operations in 1998 with 16 guestrooms and has developed into a 136 guestroom facility. It is second best only to the Golden Tulip Kumasi City Hotel within the middle and northern belts of Ghana. Currently, it is the only 3-Star rated hotel in the Brong Ahafo region.

Eusbett Hotel boasts of an excellent mix of facilities for both the business and leisure clients including 5 conference halls, Sports Centre/Gym (the largest and best equipped gymnasium in a hotel in Ghana), Cosmetology centre, Travel and Tour services.
The hotel is currently putting up what would become Ghana’s only second International Conference Centre. This is in line with its quest of establishing itself as the most preferred conference destination in Ghana. The conference centre is a part of the overall strategy of upgrading Eusbett Hotel into a four star hotel by the end of 2015. The facility which is expected to be ready by end of first quarter in 2015 would have eight conference halls with varying capacities with the highest having the capacity for 2000 persons. The Eusbett International Conference Centre would also have an extra restaurant, gym, spa and a lawn tennis court.
The success story of Eusbett Hotel was acknowledged by the GIPC when the GIPC invited the General Manager as speaker during the “2011 Invest in Ghana Seminars” to share the experiences of an indigenous company with potential investors.
The high level of standards in the delivery of first class hospitality services has earned the hotel several awards. Notable amongst these are the CIMG Hospitality Facility of the Year (2006), six times Hotel of the year in the Brong Ahafo region (by the Ghana Tourist Authority) and the Best Hotel of the Year – 2007 (in the Forest Zone – Ashanti, Brong Ahafo and Eastern regions), also by the Ghana Tourist Board. Eusbett Hotel was also awarded the Silver Award in the Hospitality category at the 2nd and 3rd Ghana Business and Financial Services Award held in 2009 and 2010 respectively, conferred under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. The hotel has one international award in its rich gallery of awards.
Eusbett Hotel has obviously lived up to the dream of the owners of stating the case of how successful indigeneous businesses established outside the capital city can be. The success story of Eusbett Hotel is expected to increase the interest of investors to establish in the other parts of the country outside the capital.

The Hotel boasts of a wide variety of facilities just to satisfy its diverse clients. In particular, the hotel boats of the following:

5 Conference Halls: As a business hotel, Eusbett hotel has one of the best conference facilities in Ghana. The 5 conference rooms have capacities ranging from 15 persons to 300 persons.
2 Restaurants (and 3 drinking Bars)
Wireless Internet: A campus-wide wireless internet access is available to all guests of the hotel for free in all the rooms and conference halls
Business Centre: There is a well -furnished Business Centre which provides Photocopying, document typing, scanning, printing and internet services. The Business Centre thus provides the needed support services for conference/ workshop organizers and participants.
Break – out rooms and areas for small group discussions

Eusbett Hotel has a number of Conferences packages designed to meet the specific needs of its clients. The packages range from residential packages to non-residential conference packages. The conference package rates are so competitively priced that they are about the lowest in a 3-Star hotel in Ghana. On top of this, when necessary, we provide transportation for residential participants to and from Sunyani at no extra cost (and this could be arranged for your group). Again, as part of the conference packages, we organize trips to select tourist sites in the Brong Ahafo region for conference participants as a means of encouraging domestic tourism and giving more to our conference participants.
