I called the customer care centre at 9:40am and was told that I would get a call back from a technician to help with the configuration of my broadband. The technician called at 5.47pm. What nonsense service is this

I can either the technical team or the ceo, I don't know why they can block someone's money by listening to a third party. And the same third party called and the mtn now want the sender's approval, meanwhile their customer team did the process without informing the sender or the recipient

Please we have network problem in Wenchi in the Bono Region, your network is not strong for us in Wenchi here so we will be very happy if you can do something about it for us

MTN is the best network I have ever come across, especially their Momo services, when you mistakenly buys credit with your Momo and u want to retrieve your money back they will quickly do for you without hesitation, I have not seen any network in Ghana doing this. MTN till eternity ????????????????

Please I want to report one Dortso Delali who's a fraudster online with the company name perfectshop online this his phone number:******** he made me make payment to him on this number to deliver a refrigerator to me and after that I will pay the rest of the money but when I call he's putting my number on blacklist so please help me to get my money back.the transaction ID:******** I paid him 413 gh cedis on the 07/04/2020 pls help me get my money back thank you.waiting for reply.

I got a very nice package from MTN using their movie mania ticket in watching the perfect picture movie this Val's day. I must confess, this is my nicest Val's day experience ever. Thank you MTN. You guys are the best.

Had an issue with my mobile money account, an issue I'm still facing at the moment, so I called customer service for help and all I got was rudeness from two different female customer service personnel (Delali & Barbara) the later form the Tema branch. I am extremely disappointed at MTN for this... Maybe I will have to switch to another network for better services.

The only network in Ghana where: When you lodge a complaint involving a third party, it takes forever to resolve. A very bogus and useless network, with customer service personnel dropping calls on you. Only in
Ghana. I lodged a complaint about an unsuccessful mobile money transaction, I followed up almost everyday, they kept telling me my complaint had been lodged and that it's pending. Pending for a whole month and they don't even try to find out whY they never got a feedback. And later when you get to their official twitter site, you have different people responding to your tweet, asking you for the same information you provided earlier. What kind of incompetence is this?

This is the most terrible network provider in Ghana with big charging call rate. They get richer while you get poorer. MTN give bad customer services. Their customer service take a lot call time to connect, you will wait for like 20 to 30 minutes to have your call picked, you will try several times before it gets through and when it gets through, service satisfaction is not guaranteed. most of the times your credit could be deducted without any cause, having made any call at all. MTN is by far the worst network in Ghana.

i just love the mtn network so keep it up for your quality services.
