TNT - Accra, Ghana

My parcel supposed to reach my customer today (16.11.2017)at Kumasi but the parcel is still in Accra and it will be delivered on 20th November. TNT sent an information that the recipient has agreed with TNT ACCRA which in actual fact the customer has NOT been contacted by TNT Ghana. I will sue TNT BELGIUM for damages.

Is TNT currently having some problems?
An agent is to bring me some stuff, and it has delayed for about a week. He is saying the problem is with TNT. Please, is this true?
