The mission of the Assembly is in tandem with the prime functions of District Assemblies as stated in the Local Government Act of 1993, Act 462, section 10, thus the District 'Shall be responsible for the overall development of the district and shall formulate and execute plans, programmes and strategies for the effective mobilization of the resources necessary for the overall development of the district.

A complain about how we suffering in my area. Bomso kumasi.
This precise church called ascension baptist church has being making loud noise in my area... we share the same wall with that church so at least they must lower their instruments but this church never do such.. they do church on Sunday morning and evening, monday evening, tuesday morning lattest by 6am Wednesday evening and Friday... Please we suffering so i am therefore appealing you to come to our aid... thank you.
