Some employees are unfortunately a little rude and incompetent at handling collected items. They do not have a system for keeping items they collect and give it away or misplace it especially at the Accra Mall branch.

They leave "dim" lights on that are so bright that they distract from the film. Their screen is washed out and colors don't pop. An all around terrible film-watching experience. And it smelled like it needed a good cleaning too.
