I won but I wasn’t paid

I had previously posted here that I won and didn't receive payment.
When you dial *959# and select option "0" you will get to the contact page where you can find their whatsapp number. It will take some time, patience and a lot of airtime, but as long as your claim is valid, they will pay you. They sent me my money, but I had to call several times and text several times.
