Farm Management Services Limited (FMSL) Ghana Limited was established about four years ago and is based in Somanya – Eastern Region. FMSL is a member of the Yilo Krobo Mango Farmers Association and Ghana Shippers Council.

FMSL also offers consultancy services such as Mango farm management, Farmland acquisition in Somanya and mango export.

Since its inception, FMSL has been involved in a Mango Plantation Sharing Scheme, an initiative being promoted by FMSL, to enable investors own a well managed mango farm without the hassle of being involved in the day to day management of a mango plantation.

Managing a farm requires a significant commitment of one's time and often involves processes, which may seem quite complicated to an investor new to this kind of agricultural

The scheme offers the opportunity for anyone to get involved in what is fast becoming a profitable industry, without having to give up existing work and/or business commitments in order to manage a plantation farm.

FMSL has been operating for the past two years under the EUROGAP and TIPCEE specifications and directives which makes the mangoes produced export ready.

FMSL has 8 clients signed to the scheme who have established their farms and four more waiting to participate in the next planting season.

To improve the general knowledge of the indigenes/local farmers and help improve the quality of workers employed on the farm, FMSL recently acquired a radio station in Somanya RITE Fm which is being operated under FMSL multimedia. Through this medium FMSL is helping in the development of the locality through education on Agricultural, health and social issues.
