i appreciate every work carried out by your service but its my first time visiting your branch in tema to redraw a sum of money sent to me by my cousin in Qatar, on the 11th september 2014. When i get there they told me that they dnt have money, it was in the morning so i were told to come back in the afternoon, in the afternoon too when i get there i was told to come the nxt morning, and so it continue till today that in writting to u (25thseptember) i havent receive the money, so i decided to tell my cousin to send his money through other money transfer union instead of the xpress union. Even the other customers i met who were told the same story that there no money got very agitated and walk out from the place in a bad manner therefore Im appealin to who so ever in controll of the service to do something about the condition we the customers re going through with ur service. Thank you
