Dun & Bradstreet Credit Bureau Ltd. - Accra, Ghana

I took a loan from a bank which was guaranteed by my employer, two months later I was declared reduntant by my employer. They used the money they have to give me to pay part of the loan. I could not pay the rest on time so my name was sent to Credit Bureau. Finally I paid the balance and I was given clearance letter but my name is still at the Credit Bureau. How can my name be deleted from the Credit Bureau?
