Question for Ventsell Limited

I have a Cocoa Processing Factory which has been approved by the Ministry of Trade and Industry under One District One Factory (1D1F). The total project cost is estimated at $60m. We have been able to secure (85%) which is $51m. We need 15% which is $9m as a collateral contribution. Can your company assist in providing such an assistance?.
