Job Summary
The Fabrics Shop Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with fabric selections, managing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for textiles and customer service.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• SHS graduate or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fabric or craft store, is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when measuring and cutting fabrics.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
