Terrible Customer service and food delivery
For a business that serves food, your service delivery is quite poor. I had food ordered to be delivered to me around 11 am. I had no call/text confirmation of the order. I called in and was then informed I would get the food by 2pm! I called in again, and you didn't even know if the food was on the way or not. It's almost 3pm and I still haven't heard from you and my food isn't in. This is highly appalling. To be very honest. People buy food to eat not just cause they want to know food is on the way :/

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Trust me ur services are horrible. So i order food at 11am u tell me the food will get here at 1 1.30 and its now 2.45.v been trying to reach u and u guys dont even have the decency to answer. WOW customer service ZERO!

I can totally relate! I ordered food in the hours of 11 am and I didn't get a call so called in, only to be told the food would get to me by 2pm. It's almost 3pm and if hunger could kill in minutes, i'd be dead. This is really bad.
