1 THE COMPANY

Hacky films limited is a registered Company in the Republic of Ghana and was incorporated under the companies’ code, 193 (Act 179) and has complied with the provision of section 27 and 28 of the code, in February 1991.
Hacky films limited are one of the pioneers in the Ghanaian film Productions in the country.

1.2 THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

An Executive Management Team of the company comprises of;
S. Asare Hackman, Film Producer and Director as the Chief Executive.
Wisdom Toemehn, Technical and Television Consultant as Planning, Project and Creative Manager
Felicia Ama Kwaning as Operations/Finance Manager of the company.
